Know what your spare parts are really worth
Partintel compares your spare part prices with what the market charges for the same part. You see where you leave margin on the table and where you already hold a strong position.
| Part | Your price | Market median | Gap | Signal | Confidence |
|---|
Several sources agree on the same part. 94 of 164 parts in this example.
Fewer sources or looser matches. 58 parts.
Not enough evidence for a suggestion. 12 parts.

Built for commercial spare parts that several suppliers sell
Cost-plus shows what a part costs you. The market shows what it is worth.
Prices change once a year, at best
Checking competitors by hand is slow, so most price reviews rely on cost and habit.
Hundreds of parts, no clear view
It is hard to say which parts sit far below the market and which sit far above it.
Strong positions go unseen
Parts that nobody else sells are priced like every other part, and that value stays hidden.
From part list to price decision in three steps
Share your part list
A spreadsheet with part numbers and your current prices is enough. Costs, supplier discounts, required margins and lead times make the results richer.
We check the market
For each part we look at what others charge and how long delivery takes, and match it to the right part.
You review and decide
Get a signal, a confidence score and a new price. The market sets the price, your rules set the limits, and you approve every change.
Every part gets a clear signal
See at a glance which parts are priced below the market, which are above it, and which sit where they should. Every part is labelled overpriced, at market, underpriced, exclusive or no data. Parts with no competitor price are flagged as exclusive. These are often parts you design and sell yourself, which you price on their value.
Select a signal to see where an example part sits against the market.
Know how far to trust each number
Every result comes with a confidence score from 0 to 100 and the sources behind it. The score decides how much weight the market price gets when your new price is set. Start with the parts where the evidence is strong, and review the rest before you act.
High confidence · 75–100
Several sources agree on the same part. The market price is used in full. Act on these first.
Medium confidence · 50–74
Fewer sources or looser matches. The price moves only part of the way towards the market.
Check by hand · below 50
Not enough evidence to use the market price. A cautious step is suggested, and you decide.
The market sets the price. You set the limits.
The price builder starts from the market price and lets the confidence score decide how far to move towards it. You choose a scenario and the limits for one round. Every part gets its own waterfall from today's price to the new one, with the required margin checked, and the whole list exports to Excel.

The same view helps purchasing
Add your supplier discount so we compare list prices like for like, and see typical delivery times next to the price. When your cost is above the market, you have a reason to talk to your supplier.
Open the Purchasing tab at the top of the page to see an example.
Cost above market Switch supplier
Your cost is higher than the market median for the same part.
Cost ok No action
You pay the market price or less.
Slower than market Lead time
Delivery takes longer than the market median. Worth a conversation.
What could a price gap be worth to you?
Enter your own assumptions. Partintel replaces the guesses with measured gaps for your actual parts.
- Revenue from spare parts
- Parts priced low
- Gap closed on those parts
Calculation: parts × revenue per part × share priced low × gap × share closed. A simple model for orientation, not a forecast.

“We knew some spare part prices were wrong. We just could not check hundreds of parts by hand. So we built the check.”Rudy Cazelles · Founder, built in Denmark
Common questions
A list of your part numbers with your current prices. A spreadsheet is enough. Costs, supplier discounts, required margins and lead times make the results more useful but are optional.
No. Partintel works alongside your systems, and you stay in control of every price change.
Every result shows its sources and a confidence level, so you can check before you act. We are validating accuracy together with our first pilot customers.
Commercial parts: standard components that several suppliers sell and that have a manufacturer part number, such as bearings, seals, valves, sensors and fasteners. Parts you design and sell only yourself have no market to compare with. They come back as exclusive or no data, so you can price them on value. Coverage varies by category, and the results show where data is thin.
That is something we agree on with each customer, based on how fast their market moves.
